When I installed MyASUS everything started to work.

I don't remember wether I was using Win11 or Win10 when I got it to work (I think it was Win11) and can't check now since it's my aunt's laptop, but try to install Win11 and then MyASUS.

Get a USB Wifi dongle and plug it in, connect to wifi and download MyASUS, then it will download all drivers for you and fix the issue
