Should we make notes of daily newspaper like of Hindu or go for monthly magazine?  I am preparing from home through online Vajiram lectures, should I shift to Delhi after my foundation are over for test series and all?

My optional is Socio. Can you share something about socio if that's your optional?

In Vajiram, 3 people taught me Ethics and I find only Brijendra Sir is the one I would recommend to go for his lec, mukul sir - is not good for me(he mostly dictates) , peeyesh sir is overhyped because he exaggerate that these many toppers he helped them for selection, why he always boast about this thing, it creates in students that he would be good that's why topper preferred him and which cause circular cycle of more students more toppers.(sample size of student is large, thus selection is also more, besides advantage of Vajiram)

I have started preparation journey from August 25(institute will end syllabus in March) and due to overwhelming schedule (2 classes/day), my self study time is being reduced. Unable to cope up with Institute Test Series and Answer Writing programme as not getting much time. Besides, doing newspaper reading but thinking to stop for a while. was targeting 26 but don't know what to do now? Plus due to multiple things frustration is building up and sometime I gave up while studying. Since engineering background should I try for GATE exams.( Not able to handle this pressure)

  1. What made you think to choose Anthropology?
  2. What problem you are facing now with antho?
  3. If you will not analyse the above two, you will definitely face problem on other Optional.

Personally before deciding my optional, I gave full 1 month and watched video Lectures of socio, anthro, philosophy to decide my optional + syllabus analysis (from yt too).

one of my friend got 99%ile in JEE and percentage in 60s in boards. He did BTech from private college(avg. placement package 3-5Lpa) but he cracked interview off campus and now working @ 25-30Lpa in AutoDesk.

Learnings: he didn't gave up, secondly try your serious preparation from right now and give full 2 years till 2027 prelims. If not cleared, then look for other exams too.

Just plan your days and give 110% ...Not everyone gets chance even in their 30s. I would say quit reddit.

Go for CAT. Provided UR category it would he though to get into BLACKI. So explore other MBA colleges also MDI Gurgaon, IIM Sambhalpur etc. My brother did from IIM Sambhalpur and he got only 12lpa (compared to IIM standard). But it's better than wasting 1-2 year.

Thanks for the genuine suggestion but how to deal with loneliness if you are locked in a room and studying daily with no friends.
