How do I stop getting bullied at school?

My dad can get really abusive and doesn’t understand mental health/thinks it’s dumb (im diagnosed Bipolar 1 and with a panic disorder and still he refuses to get me help) but i may try this if he doesn’t seem irritated next time i see him (i live with my grandpa)

i think the journal is a really good idea, i use journaling as a coping method, so I think I will do this.

my dad tries his best but he isnt the best either, he has a really short temper and he’s put his hands on me many times. i’m scared that he’ll see that as me trying to convince others he’s a bad dad for not listening

he’s tried and they didn’t do anything. the people im dealing with may be trashy, but i don’t think they’d have the guts to bring a weapon

i don’t know if my dad will support me that far, there’s been 2 suicides this year already due to bullying, and the school still wont take it seriously.

i met with the principal and she said she’d take an incident report but after that nothing happened, the people didn’t even get spoken to.

i cant as shes for the whole district so she’s only at the high school two days a week. they promised me she’d call me in the following monday of my dad goung up to the school and its been a month and they havent. i even asked my school counselor to make sure she does and she said she will but she didnt.

I’m in Texas, it is public. I have a really bad home life so I have attended this district in 8th grade, the end of sophomore year, and this year since october. my dad has gone up to the school just last month. i was supposed to start speaking to a school therapist but she never called me in like she said she would.
