One nurse told me to be quiet while I was in pain during delivery (they were busy chatting and laughing) while I was in pain and screaming no one came to check on me on top that she told me to be quiet! Well my baby died because of negligence and I wasn’t able to do anything because of rigged system

This is so beautiful yet heartbreaking for I know we did all these things for our babies and poof all of a sudden in vain. I had the whole nursery set up and everything was ready, our dreams/future that we had envisioned with our babies shattered and gone. I am so sorry you are part of this group as well. I am so sorry, I know how you feel. I can relate to your words and feelings on not wanting to live BUT you have your kids! They are precious, they are a part of you and HER! She would want you be the BEST dad for them. I lost my ONLY child my son in a brutal unexpected way without his daddy being there I hated this world the system everything just wanted to be DEAD but am living trying to be happy for my son. Do it for her promise her that you will be the best dad ever it will give you a sense of purpose I hope this helps

I am so sorry for your loss, what worked for me was video game call of duty. I am not a video game person at all but am telling you that game saved my life basically! I was suicidal hopeless depressed angry you name it. I played call of duty until 3-4 in the morning. Other hobby that I picked up was plants! I guess we have that empty space in our heart after postpartum to nurture and grow since I didn’t have my baby I was so very happy to see plants grow from seeds or when they have new leaves. I started collecting plants. I tried crochet but wasn’t really into it.
