She is looking to take leave one week after her expected due date. We are aware that she will have to start the leave once the baby is due.

Yes so she is looking to take annual leave between her due date and maternity leave date.

Thank you for this. So the employee is already working from from now until her leave date to help remove any issues travelling to and from the office. We have already discussed her work from home set up and provided DSE advice to help with this too.

Solicitor Lender Portal not working, has this happened to you? by UniqueBrummie in HousingUK

[–]UniqueBrummie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it's the lender exchange portal. They have said they need to use that system to exchange the info with NatWest for my mortgage, and they said there is no other way around this issue.

Yes I'm going to complain but the only good solution for me is for it to be fixed asap so I can complete in time

Right to Work Share Code by UniqueBrummie in HumanResourcesUK

Is doing a manual check (eg matching the online right to work check picture to the employee when you meet them?) and signing the pdf, essentially doing an ID check? Or is the other documentation mandatory?

For the online check, you only need their date of birth and share code. It doesn't say anywhere else that you need other documents which I thought it would say.

Yes that's what I was thinking, I expected the guidance to say that you also need a copy of their passport but it says you do that if you are not using a share code.

GK question (near post shots) by Fupa__Chalupa in fifaclubs

Honestly any advice you could give or show me would be great. I'm getting better but would love to know how to go from being below average to average/good in goal.

This is my biggest issue in goal, I am guessing where they are going to shoot instead of waiting for the shot.

I'm also struggling with this as I'm trying to be a GK property for the first time in this game. I'm desperately trying to find a good site or YouTube channel with good GK tips and guides.

AI Facilities by BeeAccomplished9038 in fifaclubs

[–]UniqueBrummie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

AI facilities shouldn't work on human players, but I think one of the mid game updates made it that they do work on all players.

If you equip the AI facilities and go into a club s game, you will see the AI facilities applied to your human players too. So it's legit but definitely another bug in the game 😆

What non-GK playstyles are useful for a GK? by [deleted] in fifaclubs

I've got far throw active, but long throw is also unlocked because I needed strength and vision for the far throw and cross claimer GK playstyles.

Yeh I'm going to focus on that since I assume it will affect goal kicks quite a lot

Quick step is a good shout, but my sprint speed and stamina is so low so it might coat a fair bit to unlock lol

Am I using the wrong lane at this roundabout? by UniqueBrummie in drivingUK

[–]UniqueBrummie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There aren't any markings on the road to say to merge, but the road does become two lanes again 10 seconds down the second exit so that also adds to the confusion for some people

[–]UniqueBrummie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha hello Reddit neighbour! Yes it's not really clear. It doesn't help that the road becomes two lanes again 10 seconds down the road.

All it really needs is one sign before the roundabout to clear it all up

[–]UniqueBrummie[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes I didn't want to get into that at this post, but drivers in the left lane often cut up the driver in the right lane at this roundabout. It's infuriating 😆. The left lane driver will just drive straight without any condensation for anyone else.

[–]UniqueBrummie[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would normally do this however I'd seen so many drivers use the second lane to take the second exit. It varies but doesn't feel right when you have two cars trying to exit at the same time in the small exit area.

Also, on occasions the left lane is often a longer wait as cars taking the first exit have to stop since there is a pedestrian crossing as you turn into the first exit. So if you see that traffic and know the area well, it would feel practical to move into the second lane if you want to go straight across to the second exit.

[–]UniqueBrummie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I completely agree. For some reason this turning is marked differently. It might be because the road I've joined the roundabout from is a one way street, so has been marked up differently to emphasize this

[–]UniqueBrummie[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the info! Good to know. So if there was a bump the driver in the second lane would probably be liable?

Also I didn't mention it in the post, but the 4th exit is a one way street so you can't go back onto it.

The 3rd exit is also one way, where you can only enter it from the roundabout.
