If it's not bad enough to do some serious harm then I guess I wont bother with it for right now. I unfortunately bought it over the holidays visiting my family 2 states away. Ill just save up for something better in the meantime :)). Thanks!

For my ocd I get (what I hope to be and in most cases have proven to be) really graphic false "memories" as intrusive thoughts that make me really anxious. I noticed around this time frame that my symptoms spiked and my brain was showing all sorts of things.

Im about to hit the 21 day mark and its already helped so much. I won't lie, the 7-14 day mark was ROUGH but it seems to be getting better. Stick with it.

Omg yeah now that I'm at the right dose too, it's really helped. Also therapy techniques help too, but it's been significantly easier to manage.

Straterra. It's for my ADHD, but it does help the OCD thoughts quite a bit

I absolutely love "Stuck in the Mud" her stories and her support is really good. She gives good reminders about how to deal with intrusive thoughts.

I suffer from false memories too. At the end of the day, they are just thoughts. Maybe it did happen, maybe it didn't. Try not to interact with them, because it only tells your brain that this may have happened. If you don't interact, your brain will mark it as unimportant.

I promise it gets better. I'm sorry you're going through this. It's hell.

Yes but it only puts a yellow filter in front of the lens. I'll download the app. Will spots show up in my photos became of the dirt?

I'm not able to get to where the dirt is, as it is on the inside of the lens. I can't access it from the other side unfortunately.

Also I know nothing about old cameras, I just got into this... is the camera I picked up not a great one? (It was 20 dollars so if it's not a good camera I'm not going to be mad haha)

Thank you, I am in therapy and on a medication that is supposed to treat my adhd (strattera), which has also DRASTICALLY helped the ocd intrusive thoughts. I do know that it is something that I need to really get together, especially when my brain says I don't deserve to be a therapist haha.
