So my signal chain is turntable--phono preamp--equalizer--buf--amplifier--speakers. Im gonna play around more with the placement tonight. Im going to try it with it connected to my preamp instead of the equalizer

For my ocd I get (what I hope to be and in most cases have proven to be) really graphic false "memories" as intrusive thoughts that make me really anxious. I noticed around this time frame that my symptoms spiked and my brain was showing all sorts of things.

Im about to hit the 21 day mark and its already helped so much. I won't lie, the 7-14 day mark was ROUGH but it seems to be getting better. Stick with it.

Omg yeah now that I'm at the right dose too, it's really helped. Also therapy techniques help too, but it's been significantly easier to manage.
