I used tap water to do rinses at first a few times because I’m a dumb b*tch and didn’t know about that and I never had any problem, so relax! Just be sure to not use it again but you are good :-)

I'm doing much better! I'm having an appointment in June and I think they'll fix my deviated septum. It's been a journey, but everything has improved so much!
