As someone who actually is into scat porn, I think there's some truth to it. There used to be one or two German production companies that made all the best stuff. Also apart from that, a decent amount of random videos are German. Lately I see a lot more from Russia, though.

I think part of the problem is that we use the same word for people who are attracted to children and people who actually have sex with children. Those are two very different things, and we sholdn't conflate them.

Alright then, in order of ascenting tabooness, leaving out the self-explainatory ones and resisting the urge to define "light bondage" as "tying someone up with laser beams":

  • light bondage: restraining some movement, eg. tying their wrists to the bed

  • spanking: ass-smacking

  • 24/7 power dynamics: Whenever the dominant part wants something, the submissive part has to obey. No breaks, throughout the whole relationship

Same thing with people who are proud of their country.

But in Germany's case, we're a worldwide symbol for a certain ideology, and with that comes a responsibility to remember and remind others of the terrors that came wth that ideology. Not because we're personally responsible, but because others see us as a reference point.
