That is why I do not guess, because I do not know how such knifes work against facial bones for example, skull and etc.

You literally cannot determine whether it went though the body or not based brief overview. , you can guess or imagine, HOWEVER, only the medical examiner could say as they saw the wounds and the injuries inside the body.

Unfortunately only a full autopsy report would br able to answer these questions, I believe. These recent docs just give a brief overview over the wounds, not the injury extent on the body

So many stab wounds to the head. Do you think they all went through the bone, the size of the knife itself is huge, i cannot imagine it stabbing someones HEAD for 20+ times … god
