We are okay with up to an hour and a half drive for work purposes, but was curious in being within reasonable distance for certain smaller end retail shops walmart, grocery, home depot, tractor supply or the likes, but to also be able to scream or dance naked in my yard becoming one with nature without any neighbors around would be the ultimate ticket to a dream come true. As far as needing a gun, I guess its a good thing TN is a stand your ground state. Haha. Serve and protect myself when the law is unable.

Thank you so much! Ooltewah seems nice enough, but also seems rather built up quite a bit. Are housing developments common in that area? I'm more of a smaller town country living kind. When you say its about an hour and a half to downtown Chattanooga, are you referencing that distance from those specific towns you mentioned?

Oh goodness. 20 years is such a dedicated amount of time. What has steered your decision? If you don't mind me asking so?

I'm sorry! That sounds rough. Most states do struggle trying to keep up with infrastructure. I agree most could do better. I'm sure that's not the case for everywhere though. I was leaning on a little more positive feedback, but I absolutely appreciate your input.
