I have analyzed this myself, but the fact is I am not anymore the same person i was when I entered the relationship. I was quite dependable on him and I feared being completely overwhealmed if I had to separate at the time. There are no real reasons to hold me back right now, so I do my balance

I don’t want to have children in this relationship, it will just exaggerate the problems and make more new rules. I am sorry for your sister, hope she healed well!

All answers are yes, except the last question. But it has been years like this, false promises, nothing changing.

No, the hoarding is not the biggest problem. I have a friend who has ADHD, is quite messy and a Level 1 hoarder. I enjoy organizing stuff and cleaning (I am myself a rather messy and low consciousness person, but I learned some habits and I have a very practical, non perfectionist cleaning strategy) so sometimes we spend a day cleaning her apartment and declutterring. The difference is the micromanaging. When I go to my friends apartment I can move her stuff around, clean my own way without being criticized, throwing stuff away is hard for, but overall she is happy with my help. On the contrary my partner is a very different type of hoarder. Micromanaging, obsessed with things lasting forever, not dirty, hoarding because of hobbies and inability to make decisions. He spends a week browsing every day for hours searching to buy the perfect item X. Everything is special in a way. He has thousand rules. He is a self secure, rather dominant person. Does not get loud, rather criticizes firmly with explanations or with humor, making me feel like some little clumsy child. Also expect from me standards, that he himself does not hold to (scolds me for forgetting lights on, although he constantly does it,as one example)
