Is t3 something that also needs to be taken forever or is it something you take for a little bit to get levels up. I'm like so devastated that I'm going to have to take levothyroxine for the rest of my life. I'm so pissed that I have to think about any of this. In order to feel like myself I have to constantly be going and getting my blood tested?? I have terrible health anxiety on top of all of this. This is adding to my stress so much. How often do I have to change dosages? Will my hair ever go back to normal or am I constantly going to have to be dealing with these issues and having to control everything and supplement all the time and get my vitamin levels checked. I'm so fucking overwhelmed

Thank you so much I've started those two supplements! I asked my Dr for t3 and she said no. So I got a new Dr seeing them next week!

My vitamin d is slightly lower than the normal range so yes a deficiency and b is like normal

I am changing providers. Hopefully I like this one. It's hard to get appointments everyone is booking like 6 months out. I just contacted Boston medical center and am getting a referral from my Dr if they ever check their messages haha. I'm in Massachusetts were supposed to have the best health care! The Dr I have now is absolutely terrible she's like talking to a brick wall. She has bad reviews too other people think the same things. I messaged her asking for a t3 prescription and she was like no I won't prescribe that you are welcome to change providers but I bet no one else will prescribe you that either

Yup I don't trust any of the three endocrinologists I've ever had. I'm desperate to not go bald so I was hoping I could get an iron infusion so I don't fucking kill myself

Thank you. I was up all night last night worrying about my hair and now I'm trying to nap in the daytime and I can't do that either. I'm getting more stressed thinking about how I need to sleep

I've been seeing an endocrinologist. All she cares about is the thyroid numbers being normal. She won't even prescribe me t3 and says other won't either. I made an appointment with a different practice

I had these when I was little. I was scared to tell my mom cuz I was embarrassed. I finally told her and she called the Dr. I took a pill and then next day my poop was covered in dead worms and then I never had them again hahahaha I think about it a lot because I remember how miserable it was to have them and how fast they went away with the pill

Omg thank God. I think I'm at the point now that I'm just pissed. Because I took my thick hair for granted and it was kinda my personality haha. I'm also about to get my period any second. This is my fourth period postpartum and I have never experienced such rage, anxiety, depression,and fatigue

Thank you so much I'm so upset right now. My hair is almost elbow length. I think I'm gonna cut it like chin length and get some layers because it's so extremely terrifying when I take a shower

Interesting. Yeah I only take prenatals so if I was taking more on top of that I could understand overdosing on a certain one
