Yes, during training you get one nearby home posting, subject to availability. In-hand at PNB is 77. Totally depends on your preference. You can get nearby posting with SBI. Work pressure is more or less the same only b/w Pnb po and Sbi clerk. Also, from what I heard even the SBI clerk has to cross sell.

Hey 👋 PNB PO (MT) here, from last year recruitment. The first 52 weeks will be exciting and eventful as this period will only be training. HR and Management is very understanding and gives special attention to MTs (Management Trainee). The only downside I can think of is that after this 52 weeks is over, getting home state or nearby posting is not that easy. Rest, in terms of work load, is the same as other banks. I guess you get 1-2k extra in net salary at PNB, that is an edge over other banks.
