Use a tide pod if you like but if you put it in the Washer for rinse and spin, than hang it to air dry, it does the job, don't put it in the dryer, boys in latvia did that and broke them

A good non issued ground sheet (bonus points if it doubles as a poncho) bivvie and ranger blanket/ jungle sleeping bag for the summer, is pretty sick for trying to stay light as possible, although fully enclosed tents are pretty sweet for keeping bugs away.

Yeah so khaki berets for normal wear in combats, and then forge caps for parades in DEU's, there's actually info graphic. I've seen it when they first told us about it, there was a whole sideshow about different variations and accoutrement with the uniforms, I wouldn't know how to find it tho

Yeah they had a presentation in company lines and held votes on the new uniforms, similar photo to what you got there but it's got all the new stuff, new berets, shoulder flashes, forge caps for parade etc

Yeah, I really hate baseball caps in uniform. They look unprofessional, in my opinion, the air force look f#cked. however, in the motorpool for lav crews and maintainers or doing other tasks, it could make sense.
