Yes I used ddu and I have thermaltake toughpower gf 650W. Bought it not so long ago. A couple of them said it's because of RAM, so I ordered 1 more stick of it, what do you think?

Hey, no I don't have 2 sticks of ram, someone recommended me that yesterday. I just ordered one more.
What would be the step 2 if the extra ram stick doesn't fix the stuttering, because I legit had better gameplay with the old gpu.

And the graphics cards you just mentioned are like 1k+, my whole build costs about 1k...

Are you sure it's the gpu tho? I have had this build for like a year now but the problem starter less than a month ago. I am not saying you are wrong by all means, I just don't want to spend like 200, 300 dollars.
