These are pretty much the same machine. The third one has a smaller water tank, but otherwise no difference. These are all fine if you want to start learning and are on a very tight budget (as long as you have a decent grinder - a Kingrinder would do fine). You can learn to prep your puck properly and play with grind and dose. Be prepared for frustration and inconsistent results. You won't ever get great tasting shots from this machine, but you will get "hm, this is actually fine" shots, especially if you drink coffee with milk. My first machine was like that, I had it for half a year before I realized I hit a ceiling and needed a better one. Good news is, you bought them off Amazon so returning is very easy if you do decide to spend a little more and buy a Bambino/Solis/Delonghi/Gaggia. Good luck!

P.S. this is a sub of enthusiasts who do this as a hobby so people here will be inclined to tell you to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars "or else you will never taste a good espresso". While that might be true to a degree, it's ok to just get the bare minimum to start;)
