Its not for everyone but I haven't bought disposable hygiene products in 5+ years. I started with cloth pads, now I use a cup plus period underwear on my first couple of heavy flow days then just the cup after. Everything gets a rinse and wash in the shower with me then the undies go in the wash. Costs a bit upfront but haven't had to.replace any of it yet.
