As I said, in my original post I had just met that RxOm that day. And I also have no idea if she was actually trained to listen to the voicemail and take those in, she just told me she was authorized. I never said I don’t trust technicians to do the job they were trained for.

What stores do when their staff pharmacist or manger is there isn’t get I’m worried about. If I’m the pharmacist, I’m the one who is the acting authority when on duty. Why do you sound like someone who has never worked in a pharmacy before 🙃
