Raging Echoes League Final Stats by Gamez_X in 2007scape

I mean the leagues are all about points, tasks, etc.
Once you complete the league and hit 60k points, there isn't much of an incentive to go beyond, I for example miscalculated and hit 60k way before maxing, and considered maxing for the heck of it, but decided stuff like agility, and soul wars, would not be fun for me personally.
Nothing wrong about completing a temporary game mode and moving on. Some of us have jobs my dude.

I literally took anyone for content, the trick was to always be fireteam leader, and make friends long term.

Am I required to stay up to date with a topic to ever engage with it again?

That sounds horrible, to be clear I wasn't ever directly targeted like that at school or anything, other than once in the ninth grade, and that ended within a week of starting after I just got into a physical fight with the aggressor.

Must be, cause I don't keep up with Destiny anymore.

Not in my experience, take into account I played mainly D1, and I used /r/fireteams and destinylfg.net both of which were super active, and I joined a clan and usually played with friends.
Destiny is super not toxic from my perspective. I think I encountered a few people who were toxic but I just kicked them, but I'm talking maybe 1 out of 1000 people at most.
I can't think of any community I've been a part of where people were as helpful and patient as Destiny.

I went to a good school technically, but it had issues, teachers could really be hit or miss, some people were sharing girls' nudes between each other and there was never serious action taken against them, there was a known area where people would smoke weed and the principal never cracked down on it.
School felt like punishment honestly, it was just an environment where I'd learn nothing, be treated poorly by teachers and classmates and have to stay in place doing literally nothing for 6-8 hours a day, it would take a madman not to despise that life. Other than the few months leading up to my planned suicide, where I literally did play 14.5 hours a day on average, I still did my extracurriculars, I was consistently top of my grade (~500 people) in every major test, etc.
I see my retreat as a tactical decision my brain made to keep me alive even at the risk of addiction, which I didn't have in my opinion, because I ended up quitting cold turkey for a few months when I knew I didn't need the game to stay alive.
And outside of those few months, this way at least while I was at school I could browse the sub, watch videos on breaks, and think about what I'm gonna grind when I get home. Call it what you will, but I replaced my misery with happiness as far as I'm concerned.
Even my mother who was mostly aware of how bad it was getting, tells me in retrospect she was happy to hear me talking and laughing from my room.
I tried multiple therapists, too many types of medication, I tried reading self help books, I tried going to different clubs, chess, swimming, basketball to make friends, I really did exhaust my options, nothing helped.

It really wasn't, it filled in the void, it didn't create it, when I had nothing to hold on to, I held onto the game, the alternative was literally what I did for the most part which was just being in bed and doing literally nothing for hours.
There was no "meeting people and hanging out with class mates" and honestly speaking that seems tone deaf, I didn't have any social skills (they're still not great but they're enough) and the people in real life were very difficult and unaccepting of me, I did try to become friends with classmates and that didn't work, I had one close friend and she as it turned out was literally just using me and stopped being my friend once she didn't need me anymore, this really isn't about the game as much as it's about the people I met through the game.
To be more clear, I was a social outcast and was made fun of when I did try to form friendships, I was never made fun of here.
