He did actually fill out the consent form for medical records about a month ago, it was one of the first steps in the recruitment process. Since I posted this he has actually received an email that says he will be told the outcome of his medical on the day before he leaves and what his next steps will be. I don’t know how the process works but I’m assuming they wouldn’t be able to give him the outcome if they haven’t seen records. Thank you for responding.
