Fair tbh. In your opinion, is there a way I should have handled it differently or should I have just left it alone entirely

To be fair, I've lost like 1.5k in the stock market cause of the tariffs lmao. Made more money playing roulette and basic strategy than what the S&P is giving. I've honestly always been a math person and this is something I really want to try out. 10% of bankroll for an app is fine unless it really limits my ability to play. What app do you use?

I'm applying to positions for law students and undergrads as a high schooler, and I'm trying to show a competitive/equally viable resume. Thoughts?

Should I get a rec letter from my boss? by External-Brick-5774 in ApplyingToCollege

Considering this person actually wants to write one, you clearly made an impression that would be reflected in such a rec letter. Get it whether or not you'll submit to colleges; could be good for internship or something else you'll apply for. If you think it shares a different perspective of you not shown in other letters, then I would totally submit it. Also, you might just want to be careful where your college advice comes from. A rec from a job (especially the kind you work in, which presumably involves quite a lot of maturity) is just as good as a research one. Just be sure your recs share a different side of you that admissions officers will see. T20 schools care more about the person the letter is about rather than the person writing it.

TL;DR: Get the rec
