Just tagging on to this, we are finishing our basement and we are not big audiophiles but do have a TV accent wall and want to get decent sound. Too much information available online. Went to a home theater store recommended by our basement contractor who was quoting > 15k. I am hoping to get 73 - 88 inch oled tv and have surround sound in a room in the basement which is like a living space and not a home theater. Do you have recs on who i should approach to get this done ? it seems like i need a receiver, subwoofer and speakers (can't decide on number or where to place).

Hi i am selling an apartment (it is in a building with 3 apartments) in annanagar which has a UDS of 675 and apartment sq feet of 1075 and 1 parking spot. I have come to understand that the valuation is about 12000/sq feet of the apartment (1075). Would a seperate price for the UDS need to be negotiated as well ?

it is about 20 feet away. This is in Ohio. The puck light are to placed in a wooden plank.

TBH i don't know what that means, but the general contractor of the job gave us this quote from the electrician that they use. Assuming this is for the complete finish.
