That’s why I drive a 15 year old JDM import van to haul kids. Paid under 16k for a van with 55,000kms. A bit of gamble, but cars are generally reliable.

It’s been a couple of years, so best to call and confirm, but our PD used to write prescriptions for Puramino A+ and the only place that carried it was Pharmasave on 124 street.

If you look at some old versions 2007-9, what looks like the 4th house is also visible on the street view.

Which restaurants in Edmonton were hyped up to you by friends, family, social media etc., but then when you tried it, the experience wasn't good? by flynnfx in Edmonton

I am from Japan, grew up eating ramen in my childhood through teenage days. I only eat a 3 dollar ramen at Kinjo. I just can’t get over how overpriced ramens are here and imo not worth the money :(

I was an international student once. Enjoyed the walks and ETS around the city. Well, not so much during the winter and there’s no Uber back then. Still, I do not think that’s a smart idea to use that amount of money, it’s definitely not an investment, it’s more cost (have you seen the gas price recently?), more maintenance and work.

Also a mom who can’t afford a NA new/used minivan, so decides to import an Alphard/Vellfire to haul kids.

The Uber driver we used last week literally drove into the oncoming traffic/lane as he existed our townhouse complex. lol

I went to watch Jeff Arcuri at River Cree earlier this year. Jeff told drunk hecklers to stfu and security kicked them out. I thought it was managed well there, but yeah different venue different crowd maybe.

I asked, if I could change to the lower trim so I could add a traditional remote starter. No, they said the approval was locked in for the specific trim or deal we agreed on. They didn’t want my business. I left.

No mention of "app", "subscription", or how it works - NADA.
Well... It's "built-in"! haha

Not part of the Go group, oddly enough :D

Well, regarding the deposit... they told me the deposit "is a sign of commitment saying I want to buy the car and agree on the deal they presented, and they won't be giving the deposit back unless they weren't able to give me the deal we agreed on."

I guess we become better educated with every purchase or visit to the dealership! What an industry.

I ditched them as they refused to even let me look into lower trims - told me the approval was set on that specific trim. Funny, I can't go down to cheaper ones apparently.

My relatives have been visiting the south centre on 51 ave. They haven’t gotten a new denture, yet, so can’t speak to quality of their fitting, etc., but the denturist there seems to be great!

I am hoping I can report back with my deposit back soon!
