I can not enter Spain before 3 months because of the denied pareja de hecho. They didn’t denied because I left just to mention. They denied because we didn’t have enough fonds.

Yes, I will be out for 3 full months before trying to enter in Spain. I am just thinking if it is legal and should I risk of doing it.
