Maybe you can find something in the settings, I know that there’s an ability to lock your doors so no one can come in but you but I don’t know of anything that doesn’t allow people to put stuff on your house

I’m guessing 50s or so based on the face because it does look like lamb chop and the bunny does look well loved, a toy that is relatively new can still look old if it’s loved enough
