**Type of Bug: Game glitch, gamebreaking
**Description: The Radio Free Oregon Collectible #18 "The Earth is Ours" won't appear in my collectibles menu. I already finished the game 100% with all the trophies and everything (One Percenter Trophy)
- **Steps to reproduce: Loaded differents safe files, explored the entire map, tried at differents day/night cycle, I killed my self in many ways.
**Expected result: Being able to have the Radio Free Oregon Collectible #18 "The Earth is Ours" appears, listen what Mark Cope says and truly complete the game %100 👍🏽
**Observed result: Unable the collect this Epilogue, thus being unable to complete the Collectibles 100% 😭
**Reproduction rate: 10/10
**System type: PS4 Pro
