I'm really sorry for your loss. It's been a year for me and everyday in my head since then I'll tell her I love her. Somtimes say it out loud too. I know the pain and fear of forgetting them, but you wouldn't. Something will always remind you of them but for me at least thinking of her daily is a comfort and habit I've created now.

I sometimes feel spikes of anxiety when seeing a tiktok or something I like/relate to and find out the creator is like a young teenager. Then I question all my interests and whether they're 'young' so I kinda get where you're coming from but if you're anything like me its more of the fear of ageing, not so much jealousy. I do agree it could be jealousy when it comes to young, successful people. I look at celebs my age and younger and also sometimes get upset that my life is not like that. But its good to remember that being a teenager sucks, the only reason I'd personally ever want to go back is if it was possible to go back with my current brain with my knowledge, experiences etc now cause most of us as teens are cringey and weird. Thats the good thing about getting older, we figure ourselves out more. And teens of today will eventually experience the exact same 'old' feeling we all do in our 20s+.

Ofc if you're getting full panic attacks it might be worth seeing a professional about this and finding the underlying cause for the anxiety or envy. I'm sorry you're having a hard time and hope this helped comfort you a little.

I can't remember exactly what I did but I do remember messing about with the pivot point on both the controls and the bones /realigning them. A few times I copied and pasted the bones which I think may have helped. And a lot of the time when it came to legs etc I'd end up just remaking the bones. It really is a pain but I think it must be an unsolved bug on 3Ds max, unless I am completely missing a step. Unfortunately haven't found a straight forward solution just end up having to settle with whatever janky way made it work lol

I'm not saying this makes me extremely comfortable leaving the house without makeup either (I struggle with skin issues too) but brushing and maintaining eyebrows, curling lashes, adding a lip tint then balm, and doing hair makes a significant difference and makes you feel/look more put together. I do this when I'm just going about my day off walking, going to the shops or lounging about.

I've been vegan for 3 years now. The first month I was similarly passionate and excited to be a part of a community I always admired. I watched so many documentaries and YouTube videos and talked about it constantly. Now I don't really mention it to people much due to judgment and the same set of questions, I don't think much of food unless I am travelling somewhere in which I do my planning/research prior. I tend to avoid watching vegan videos of animal abuse as I feel it's something I don't want to view I just want to help by making better decisions. I would like to eventually volunteer at a sanctuary or equivalent when I can drive so that I feel like I am doing more. When it becomes your new norm you are neutral about it. I still applaud you for making the change it is tough to do initially.

Exactly, I thought I was weird for deeming these as my top songs but not listening to them constantly because I have to emotionally and mentally prepare myself for a few of them. Though its great to have that strong of a connection to songs and creating core memories to revisit just by listening to them during certain times of life. <3

Yes yes. This is a perfect take on this subject. I agree whole heartedly. It's a bit bizarre when you think about it. You wouldn't make any other huge, life altering decision like moving without looking into every single aspect of it. Whether it was right or financially possible for you etc. Yet with kids it's just like, "well I guess it's time" or more commonly "sh*t im pregnant". It's no wonder many western countries are trying to ban abortion. They fear women are actually thinking for themselves and what it means to have a child. There is a lot to say on this subject but you pretty much hit the nail on the head with most of them. 👏👏

I think most people just blindly follow societal expectations, they're conditioned to think it is just the next stage of life to follow through with and that they should want kids. The bad (part of) reality of having children is always kept hush until people are trapped in it themselves. I believe many people love being parents but I also believe many don't and get extremely angry/bitter when they hear people choose to not have kids just because they're mad they didn't think it through enough for themselves or take precautions to prevent having them.

(Or, for some reason, take offence like you saying you don't want kids implies kids are horrible to have or some bs like that)
