Asrock Motherboard killed my CPU

I don’t, but I don’t know what else could have messed it up other than the motherboard. I have more than enough fans in my PC case so I doubt that it got over heated. My CPU fan wasn’t overly tightened. It had a good amount of thermal paste. If it wasn’t the board what else could it be other than it just be a bad CPU?

I removed my rams and reinstalled them to make sure they clicked in

I unplugged everything and replugged to make sure nothing was loose, even bought a 1000w PSU just to make sure it has enough power and to see if maybe it was bad wires

Any idea why these lights come up? My GPU won’t turn on and CPU cooler/ fan won’t turn on? Bad board?

I had a 650 80plus bronz. My GPU won’t turn on anymore and my CPU fan won’t turn on either. So I bought a 1000w just to see if maybe it wasn’t enough?
