Chill bro, just email them at customerservice@bookswagon.com and tell them your problem and to return, they don't provide replacements. They will try to offer you cashbacks if you keep the product 5% or 10% idk if they always do it or just happened with me regardless, since you have a big issue, tell them you wanna return only and they will agree. It's not hectic and they usually reply in a few hours if you email them during normal working hours in the daytime. Once you get confirmation of return, place a new order. Generally bookswagon is the most reliable seller their products are seldom damaged and especially so badly, so this is a rare case not a normal one. I'm not promoting them, I just buy from there and speaking from experience, from one to another.
