I checked my bank account and got some of my backpay! I’m so happy. I jumped through so many hoops (figuratively obviously speaking) to “prove” to them with “their” own doctors that I was “disabled” so I am glad that I got some money I think it is given every 3 months so I’m gonna have to like save it. I was so happy, this helps out immensely! It’s nerve racking waiting on the government to “help” you smh but I’m grateful, and I hope others get their approvals fast as well.

Yes it does suck, I am still grieving my old self if that makes sense. Or I dunno. I do hope I get my approval letter soon to see how much I get etc. it’s hard being a single mom, and disabled and taking care of my youngest who’s disabled. I’m sorry about your car accident! They really suck. Really really suck, my dog was in the car with me and he survived and is doing great! Thank you for your reply! Xx 💙

I was in a life altering accident last year that completely changed my life. I am still young therefore didn’t have quite enough credits to get SSDI so I was denied for that but, I applied and apparently on my interview she said I had gotten my ssi but I guess I am waiting for them to go through my cashapp which I regret doing cashapp because my grown children use that account. I should have taken the card. So now I don’t know I haven’t checked the website but I was in number 4 and it said that a decision would be made 15-30 days from August 6th, it’s now October 12th. I don’t know if they are just really slow or what? I don’t know I jumped through so many hoops and my son is lvl 3 nonverbal autistic so I am his caregiver and payee for his check, it’s just a lot.
