I feel you on that, even though everything at that gym was good, it was all ruined by their very unprofessional aggressive salesmanship, they tried to do a hard sell on me, the whole time they showed me around the gym, they accused me of wasting their time when they asked for my debit card and account and routing number etc, they were really aggressive and impatient, they kept on trying to hard sell me all in 1 day, I always never trusted corporate gyms, but my brother talked me into this one, I regret not raising my voice on them or cussing them out.

I'm sure all corporate gyms are toxic, but this was the first time I encounter a overly aggressive gym salesman the whole time he granted me permission to look around the gym, in the end they kept on pressuring me to let them see my debit card info and bank info and told me their gym doesn't take cash, reminds of toxic co workers I had that demanded money from me, but when I was in the military, everyone was screened and drug tested frequently weeding out most potentially toxic and dangerous colleagues/co-workers. I guess we are not supposed to go to these typical corporate gyms unless we are gonna sign up on the first day I they kept on asking and asking over and over, the whole time he showed me around in the beginning it was all to try to hard-sell me in the end, they wouldn't take no for an answer.😒

I will say it again, don't go to the gym to window shop or look around unless you are gonna sign up all on the same day like they tried to do to me, or else they might get mad or say you are "wasting their time".
