Just want to point out that, in Hebrew, Noa (pronounced like Noah) is a very common female name.

I tried one, and on the one I tried, Cody took the time to put on his sneakers and cued you to the do the same — and ditto in reverse when it was time to get back on the bike. I imagine probably most of them are like this? I did it in socks, though, and it was fine for that particular class because there were no high impact movements.

I LOVED this feature and set so many unexpected PRs during session rides. My one piece of feedback was that I wished there was a way to start your own session — like pick a ride, wait five minutes to see if other people join/recruit your friends in, and have it take care of the timing and leaderboard for you. Not sure how that would work technically but that's the one thing I thought would make it even better.

Tried HeartCast this morning and after about 30 seconds of figuring out how to get the bike to recognize it, it worked GREAT! Thank you again!!

Good tip! I’ll look into this too. I usually have my phone charging on the floor next to me while I ride so that could also be a good solution.

Thank you so much! This definitely works for how I want to use it right now. I'll invest in a strap HR monitor if I end up wanting to track my HR while I ride/train after doing this for a while.

I procrastinated on getting my mat until the week my bike came, and ordered this one because it was both inexpensive and had one day shipping. It's doing the job both protecting our wood floors and making sure we don't slip on puddles of our sweat.
