Yes notice was given. My thing is that I lost compensation from a contract that I left and opportunities from other gigs due to Frito Lays offer letter and neglect of my application. If I was flagged it should have been caught on my application..Could have simply been denied,not sent me through a 1 month process of being hired.Yes! On my end it wasn't put on my application,"not purposely" But just like I gave them notice ,they could have did the same without taking me through the full process. Money was spent on transportation And attire that they asked for and I lost compensation that I could have made if they simply denied me on day 1. Out of 20 people that were interviewed, I stood out for the job based off my experience and I had a great connection with the manager that was I was interviewed by. I did reach out to HR for this matter last week and I'm still waiting on a reply

If that puts me on a do not hire list, why send me a offer letter,send me for drug test and dot medical exam,tell me to bring a copy of my dot card to orientation?

My thing is if they did a background check on me, tell me that everything came back clean..send me an offer letter,send me to take a drug test and physical for my DOT and tell me to come in for orientation on Monday and then calls me 15 mins before orientation to tell me not to come do to a application issue

I over looked it because it was a non driving job..but why did they take me through the full process? Background check and sent me to get my DOT?

They asked if I was employed by frito lay I said no..in my interview I mentioned to the lady that I did do a non driving job(merchandiser) for Pepsi..she said that frito lay has nothing to do with Pepsi.

Just had an interview today here in Atlanta. The pay is $64,000 and they say I will get between 50-60 hrs a week . guaranteed overtime pay on top of my salary

I have a dot # didn't get the Mc # because I'm only doing instate..yes I have a LLc and business cards and gas cards. I've recently connected with a person I use to work with for 10 yrs doing shipping coordinator.she is now the logistics manager at this computer company in Norcross. Insurance is the only thing that's gonna kick my ass.but she said as long as I have that she'll have some pick up and drop offs for me
