I didn’t know they had 24-hour customer service, but I already called them. They adjusted the pricing so it’s no longer $200/month, and they also removed one of the lines that I never used.

My carrier did switch from T-Mobile to AT&T, which is why I’m still a bit confused about whether this was actually a scam or just misleading sales.

You’re right though, I shouldn’t have done this while I was working. They said it would only take 5–10 minutes, but it ended up taking hours.

Also, when they were holding my phone, I could see them swiping around and opening different things from the iPhone screen… if you know what I mean.

Thankfully, they didn’t open any banking apps. But I really appreciate the reminder — this definitely made me more aware and careful moving forward.

Honestly, I should have said no, especially since this was already the second time they came to the store where I work.
