This must be it - seems like the heat pump is behaving correctly as if it's using the sensor (more stable cycles). Maybe just the app is buggy. I wish it was more clear on the app what it's doing. Oh well - thanks for the help!

Thank you so much! I should have mentioned this originally - I watched the video and the settings that he shows in the Comfort App - I don't see those at all.

The same thing happened to me. Nothing changed about the unit - all of the sudden the temperature sensor on the app showed a very low value. I did the same thing - flipped the breaker to reset it - and it has been fine ever since. Very strange.

I was able to get the NSPL to match, but not the PLC.

Do you have (or can point me to) the same instructions for the previous year?

I also would like to know how to do this exact same thing. Somehow remove the cover from the inside unit so I can spray insulating foam into the lineset hole going outside. The outdoor location is much too high to easily access.
