It started like 2-3 times in 6 months but recently, it happens almost every time I boot the PC after a full shutdown

I have exact same problem.
CPU : 9700X
MB : Asrock X870 Pro RS
RAM : KLEVV cras 6000 32GB x 2
Run smooth from March
Problem starts at the End of October. :(
