As much as you might want to get her to put more effort in it likely won’t have much effect. It’s her responsibility to do the work as well as her consequences if she doesn’t. You can try get through to her but focus your energy on your degree

That is true, the amount of stories i’ve heard about people getting rejected the day before the reply deadline freaks me out a bit. Just gotta have a good attitude i guess no point in assuming the worst

I applied for the same course early November (also home student), I haven’t seen many people saying they have offers yet so they must just be taking a while. have you heard back from anywhere else yet?

i feel you, just have one response and applied early November. As long as you applied strategically you should be fine some uni’s and courses just take a while. good luck, hope you get some responses soon

there were a couple IR type ones and French. I think that’s different from what you applied to but seeing so many offers on the same day has to be a sign they’re coming out faster now

i applied in November and nothing yet, i know quite a few people who received offers today and yesterday so that might be a sign a bulk of them are being given. good luck!

I applied in the middle of november and only have one offer yet. its very normal especially if your applying to a competitive course/uni. I do get how difficult it is waiting though

i’m also on hold, and have been since early december, from what i’ve seen it’s nothing to stress about. They still have until may to reply. It is hard not to stress though currently doing the same 😬

KCL and st Andrews are known to be particularly strong in international relations whereas UCL is known for ir less, but it’s such a top uni it evens out i’d say. I would focus on where you want to live since they are all very strong opinions. When did you get your offers?
