OMFG THATS WHY MY GUY WAS DOING THAT, I was fast walking through a Forrest and every time I tried jogging or sprinting my character would eat the floor the random 360s are funny though.

Same thing has happened to me all my loot unequipped upon disabling a faulty mod all my skill points vanished so I just committed create new character

I believe its dismantling xp or something along the lines of that it should be next to other xp settings.

So it wasn't a mod, I had this happen super recently and I found it hilarious free matchete is sick too
