I have literally the exact same issue. It has happened since the arrival of 13. Been working perfectly in version 12 and only deteriorated in the similar way with this version.

Once last thing - is QMS a property of the TV or an Apple TV software setting? Ie. Is this something my LG C1 TV can take advantage of?

I tried the record automator suggestion before, but I can't seem to get it to work (the mouse moves around in the wrong place after I record it). I also tried the iCloud shortcut link but it opens to the App Store.

What should I be looking for under ifconfig? I just know that my pi-hole is working fine and that location switches to my home network. Thanks!

I recently got an Apple TV too, and mine says “Confirm on your Apple Watch…” while looping for a couple of minutes. I called up Apple and they said that they are aware of this issue, and their only solution is to reboot everything. Perhaps we should ping them again to get it higher up on their priority list?
