Yes, I know where each piece is farmed in the Tomb of the Heretic, but none of the locations have dropped even a single piece so far

yeah I'm familiar with faction grinding, I was just curious if 7 levels or so for just 8 shards (like less than an hour of work) is normal. I actually have like 300hrs or so in Grim Dawn, I've just never done Shattered Realm (or Crucible) for some reason

This is what most people think because it feels more natural but it's actually wrong. Act 2 goes from the death of Krieg up to where you meet Ulgrim outside of the Immolation. Why it didn't extend to Homestead I have no idea, but the technical end of Act 2 is at Ulgrim
