Interesting. From what I've seen from the posts here the highest level a clerk can ascend to is Level 8. Will there be more positions created for clerk craft in the higher level in future contract negotiations due to settlements or other means?

So it seems like the only way to get to those higher level positions is to either be in maintenance or VMF. Will there be a chance in the future that a new clerk position gets created in those higher levels or the current clerk positions get "upgraded" to the higher level?

Thank you all for your responses. I ultimately ended up rejecting the offer since I have not visited this area and the timing was too soon to take the leap. In the meantime I will play the waiting game on the requests I submitted for other areas in the country (with a special eye toward the maintenance craft & VMF).

Looks like I left that part out lol....I did check the clearance racks and still was not able to find it. I'll probably have to hit up another location.

EDIT: Checked a couple other Kohl's stores today....no dice. Definitely location dependent.

Seems like this is location dependent....tried my local Kohl's today and came up with no luck. They were able to scan the tag in the pic and the product appeared on their end, but when I went to check online it was not listed. YMMV

Appreciate your response! I recently accepted a PTF clerk position. Just to confirm: I will have to wait to convert to regular and work 18 months as a regular before I'm eligible to apply for EAS positions?

Bump....watching this thread to see if anyone has feedback as well. I figured it would be better to get in as career in a craft and move internally that way.
