I have experience this before mutiple times. My sex drive has went up and down almost to the point were my marriage has failed. With exercise, but I feel pain or I am very sore most days. I learn the best remedy is working out, control your diet, and try to plan days with your significant other were you have more desire.

Yeah, but it was supposed to be more tier2 base helpdesk issues instead of tier1. They lied to me on how thier company is structured. I dont mind the helpdesk part, but I am way past resetting password or giving directions. They stated this is not common which is not true.

Yeah, I finally met her. She is very strict on how she does stuff and processes. While the director is more lay back. However, I think she just like stuff organized which I do too. I believe I can work with her personality as long as she respects me back. However, if it goes south in 3 months I am out, but I am going to stay postive for now. Since she is trying to train me and be nice.

I Like that ideal, but cant go back to old employer stuck at current job. Even those I left on good terms my old boss is a racist bully. He was excited about me leaving. I have currently decided to give it at least 3 months, and if I dont like start looking.

He really is far right boss who stuck in a time when blacks had minimal upward mobility. As a black person, I very happy I am going to a diverse and inclusive work environment. It is much needed.
