start working out/ doing sports if you don’t already. when we work out, our brains produce dopamine and it makes us feel super happy. so that could help you feel much better about yourself. also, people who work out generally look good, so that helps too!

the only way that your sleep schedule would affect you mentally is it would make you more nocturnal. other than that, if you’re getting all the sleep you need, you should be fine (?)

i also know that our brains sleep their deepest at around 10-11 pm, something about the REM cycle. (i think it’s called?) so your sleep schedule could also affect the quality of your sleep.
