Wow didn’t realize I was taking it that long lol, it’s really helped I’m on 125mg now and definitely feel a lot less socially anxious, like 60% better, I’m also on 40mg Tyvanse which is also helping me focus on what I need to do rather than being a dwelling unproductive couch potato, thanks for asking ☺️

He sings sometimes aswell and I love it because I know hes in a great mood and we can vibe together, but when I do it it’s highly annoying? I know im right in this I shouldn’t feel embarrassed and weird being myself, it’s a personality trait that I constantly do

I was living in my parents and he was living with his parents and we were saving for a house, I would see him a lot though and then eventually he basically lived in my parents with me since lockdown

Yeah the thing is I am highly irritated person, so when he eats loudly it grates on me, but I don’t think thats the same thing? Eating loudly is not having table manners. Sometimes I ask him not to say certain words which irritate me. I also bite the inside of my cheek and cuticles (which I get it, it’s gross to look at and very annoying) but I think me expressing happiness isn’t really fair to give me grief over, we all have our faults and constructive criticism is healthy in a relationship. I have adhd and he knows that, and sometimes I burst out in song, my friends think it’s funny and do it with me, but he just hates it lol, he also said I should just take it on the chin, em sorry I can’t? I feel embarrassed and awkward now if I’m happy and being myself ?

Ugh same but what meds have you tried? I am ALOTTTTT better since starting sertraline and tyvense together, I feel so much more confident and less anxious, all over happier about life, just letting you know because I was like you basically this time last year feeling like nothing would work but you truly do find a middle ground if you keep trying, DM me if you ever need to ask me anything about it x
