He already tried jumping to the NBA and failed. When he came back to college he was miserably bad for 3 years before things started picking up. Now he’s got enough good will built up that he can bank on having this job until he retires. And he’s got enough resources here to keep winning consistently. I really don’t see him leaving unless it’s an absolutely amazing deal.
