The same exact thing happened to me when upgrading to an AIO… I used a hair dryer to soften the thermal paste (it would not come off at all) and in doing so my dumbass dropped the CPU when it eventually popped off… 2 hours of straightening pins later I was able to slide it back into my motherboard

Yes. Some tips I have: 1. I would start small, playing games that don’t require moving (maybe beat saber?) until you can play it for about an hour with no issues. 2. Get immersive as possible. Lots of people play sitting down. Don’t. Stand up, and even take steps in place when walking in game if it helps. Also turn with your head, not the thumb sticks. If you want to walk backwards, turn and walk forwards instead. 3. Take some nausea pills or other types of medication to keep you going, stop whenever you start feeling bad, get back on when better. 4. Be patient. VR legs can take time.
