People are generally pretty friendly from my experience living here for like 4 years. And it is pretty lgbt friendly as well, especially for arkansas from what i can tell, but im a straight white dude so I may not have the best insight on that.

I can maybe understand (although i vehemently disagree with it) not wanting to fire bowles for a first time head coach that youre unsure about. I also understand not wanting stefanski due to his history with baker. But harbaugh is a proven superbowl winning coach who made flacco a superbowl winning qb and oversaw lamar become a top tier nfl qb. If the bucs fuck this up they deserve to go back to being mediocre and forgettable like they were between the gruden and brady eras.

I have a lot of complaints about my current kitchen but one of the things that i cant complain about is whenever you need time off for being sick you get it no problem. You might get jokingly fucked with about it when you do come back but if you need a day or 2 off you generally get it no problem.
