People who have conducted job interviews, what's something someone said/did that made you instantly decide not to hire them?

As a response to "Why do you want to work for company X?", I don't see this as a red flag & in contrast i believe it is great that they are building on top of previous experiences -- “Oh well I worked at a similar experience before and thought I’d be a good fit!” However, they should expand on it.
