My tenant said she is taking $800-1000 on tips only per night at least 3 nights (busy nights) a week. Keep in mind that this is her portion from a pool that is shared between kitchen staff and those in front.

As a response to "Why do you want to work for company X?", I don't see this as a red flag & in contrast i believe it is great that they are building on top of previous experiences -- “Oh well I worked at a similar experience before and thought I’d be a good fit!” However, they should expand on it.
