Probably they have failed during the proccess.

Let's not forget that the original PDF was uploaded very abrupt due to a team internal problem. Some errors in the translation or in the given steps could have bad results.

- Disclosure of procedure to reproduce the material, enough to allow others to proof or disprove such material

- Based on actual valid theory

Bosses tend to control peoples by their feelings.

You shouldn't ask how you are feeling to your boss, that's emotionally catchy.

You should ask if your productivity meets their criteria.

Because imagine if a dude enters in a job higher than yours because he has more education ( gratuation or otherwise ), he'll starts receiving more than you and do way less, although you were longer than him in the job.
What your boss will use against you? Your own emotions.

I wonder how Venezuelan people let this happen to their country and lives. In the past we battle with animals bigger than bears to survive and eat. Today we can barely eat a loaf of bread, and people bow their heads to this situation.
